Our shop is located at Mosplein 28 in Amsterdam. We are open three days a week and you are always welcome to stop by, taste and ask for advice. We know our producers personally and are happy to tell you more about the wines we sell.

What is natural wine?

Natural wine is made with minimal intervention: organic or biodynamic grapes, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts and few or no additions in the cellar. No commercial yeast, no oak chips, no corrected acidity. Just grape juice, fermented the way it should be.
