Shipping policy

Shipment:

Vinologix is a specialist in shipping wines all over the world. With their boxes, the wines can be shipped safely with carrier DPD. Costs per box for the Netherlands:

1 - 3 bottles 12,50 euro
4 - 11 bottles 8,95 euro 
12 + bottles free delivery

Wadden islands, there is a surcharge.

The shipping time is between 2 and 5 days.

As soon as we email that the order is on its way, you can expect the order within 5 days. If this is not the case, you can report this within 7 days at the latest. So do not wait too long! This makes the chance of finding the package at neighbors, for example, much easier.

PLEASE NOTE: From 1 July there will be a mandatory age check for sending alcohol. So keep your ID to hand when you see that the driver is almost there, then the delivery process goes quickly and smoothly.

Pick up:
Since February we have a physical store in Amsterdam. Unfortunately you cannot pick up your orders here yet. Our webshop wines are not in stock there. We will let you know once everything is moved there.
