Payment:
You can pay with IDEAL or Paypal. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send your order as soon as possible.
Shipping:
Vinologix is a specialist in shipping wines worldwide. With their boxes, wines can be safely shipped with carrier DPD. Costs per box within the Netherlands:
1 - 3 bottles 12,50 euros
4 - 11 bottles 8,95 euros
12+ bottles free shipping
Wadden area: note that an island surcharge applies here.
The shipping time is between 2 and 5 days.

Pickup:
We recently opened a physical store in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, your order cannot be picked up here for the time being. Our webshop wines are not stocked here. The store only has old vintages and special wines that are not listed on the site. So feel free to stop by!
Returns:
Wrong bottle after all? You can return unopened wines within 14 days. Contact us for more information. Please use the same packaging when returning.
Hospitality:
We supply many restaurants and wine bars throughout the Netherlands. We would be happy to visit if you are also interested in natural wine in your bar or restaurant. Contact us to create a hospitality account, then you can easily view our B2B prices online and order directly online!
