You can pay using iDEAL or credit card. Once we have received the payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Did you end up with the wrong bottle? You can return unopened wines within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please contact us for more information. You must use the original packaging for the return shipment to prevent breakage during transit.

We supply many restaurants and wine bars across the Netherlands. We would love to visit you if you are interested in offering natural wine at your bar or restaurant. Contact us to set up a hospitality account; you can then easily view our B2B prices and place orders directly online!

Once we receive your order, we ship it as quickly as possible, often the same day, but certainly by the next business day. Shipping then takes an average of 2 to 5 days.

We recently opened a physical store in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, orders cannot be picked up there for the time being, as not all the wines from our webshop are stocked at that location. The store does, however, stock many older vintages and special wines that aren't listed on our website. So, feel free to drop by!

Vinologix specializes in shipping wines worldwide. Their packaging allows for safe shipment via the carrier DPD. Costs per box within the Netherlands:

4–11 bottles: €9.95
12+ bottles: Free shipping
