Another great wine from Viteadovest, Sicily. Catarratto and Grillo (80%-20%) from 40 year old alberello vines in Marsala. 2 days maceration with the whole grapes, spontaneaous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 7 weeks on fine lees. Ending in a rich white wine, full flavor and a touch of the skin.
