CX, the beautiful rosé wine from Partida. Every year so special and unique. Made from Cartoixa Vermell, also known as Xarello Rojo, this grape is rarely used anymore in Spain due to the lack of color it imparts. You cannot make red wine from it, but with some skin contact you create the most beautiful, light orange-rosé colored white wine that tastes of wild peach, the sea, and pink pepper. Very special.
