Deep orange wine, made from old Catarratto vines. Fermented for 60 days with the skins in chestnut wooden barrels and further aged for 6 months. The vintage now released is 2018, so it is also nicely matured in the bottle. This is orange. Amber. Caramel, minerals, dried fruit, nuts.
