This pure Catarratto has been vinified in chestnut casks with a long maceration on the skins. Spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts. Aging on noble lees. Six months in chestnut casks and six months in 350lt tonneaux. Soft and still easy to drink, but very deep orange wine.
