Cabernet Sauvignon like you've never seen it before. Light, juicy, and from Sicily! When we asked Vincenzo a few years ago to make a light red wine, he was thrilled. He still had an abandoned plot of Cabernet that wasn’t good enough to make a full-bodied red wine. So, said and done... and what a success! Mineral, cherries, and soft tannins. Drink it slightly chilled!
