Vindiou are the two friends Thomas and Cyprien, who met each other while making and learning about wine in Bordeaux. Afterwards, they traveled the world together and one wish kept playing in their minds: to make wine together, local wines from small plots, hidden treasures... with minimal intervention. They were lucky to be allowed to use the barn of Thomas' grandparents for this and even luckier that this barn is located in the northern Rhône valley. All wines are fermented with whole clusters, foot-stomped, hand-pressed, and fermented with native yeasts. Then aged in 2 to 4-year-old Burgundy barrels and stainless steel.

Delicious with, among others, Italian stews, mushroom risotto, and Pecorino.
