Great blend of Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, Carignan, and Syrah. All vinified separately and later blended. Very fruity, juicy but structured wine. A bit wild, the 2021 has a slight fizz when opened, nice to drink slightly chilled.

We always have very little of these wines available because only a few barrels are made each year, unique and special, so you don't just see them on the menu anywhere. A very cool project to follow and super cool that we were able to bring them to the Netherlands. Definitely something to try!

As the name suggests, these wines are the kind of easy-drinking wines that these great winemakers enjoy every day.
