Beautiful rich Barbera from Nizza Monferrato, aged for 20 days in concrete vats and then for 2 years in large wooden barrels, followed by 1 year of bottle aging. Francesco never uses additives in his wines or vineyards, and you can taste that. His wines are robust yet elegant. Cocoa, dark fruit, mint, delicate!
