Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Sylvaner, Chardonnay, Muscat, Verdejo, Muscat ottonel and then also from different regions. It sounds like 1 big mess but it doesn't taste like that! Fresh, fruity, soft, aromatic. A really nice surprise!
Farid Yahimi aka Sons of Wine is an organic négoçiant, based in Ammerschwihr, Alsace, who has a very own, young and wild style of winemaking. Unique to Alsace...or even the world.
