Oof this is nice! Pinot gris, planted on terraces of volcanic soil and pink sandstone on the edge of the forest. Processed according to biodynamic principles. The wine itself is fermented in whole bunches for 8 days without intervention, very gently pressed respecting the grapes and the true color of Pinot gris; not orange but rose, copper, ramato. And the taste? Strawberries, salmiak and minerals.
