Sette - Nizza DOCG
Description
This is serious, what a wine! Barbera from the DOCG at Nizza Monferrato, from 75-year-old vines. Aged in large barrels and amphora, respecting the time the wine itself needs. Spontaneous fermentation, 38 days of maceration, then aged for 10 months in barrel. Then another 8 months in amphora and also in bottle. This wine is only released 2 years after the harvest, and you can taste that. Beautiful Barbera for a more serious evening.
