This is serious, what a wine! Barbera from the DOCG at Nizza Monferrato, from 75 year old sticks. Matured in large barrels and amphora, respecting the time required by the wine itself. Spontaneous fermentation, maceration for 38 days and then aged for 10 months in barrel. Then another 8 months in amphora and also in bottle. This wine is only released 2 years after the harvest and you can taste that. Beautiful Barbera for the more serious evening.
