Soft, fruity, and mineral Barbera. Very elegant and expressive, with beautiful soft velvety tannins. Think cherries and plums, with spicy aromas like clove or cinnamon. Made with an old Piedmont technique where during fermentation the skins are submerged using a wooden grid. Further aged in concrete and wooden barrels. 

Sette makes beautiful wines in Nizza Monferrato, Piedmont Italy. Some vineyards are located in the DOCG of Asti, like this Barbera.
