Orange wine by Chris Santini. Using grapes from Beaujolais and Burgundy, he makes beautiful wines in his cellar in Auxey Duresses. This vin ambre is a deep orange wine made from Marsanne 'whole cluster' and Roussanne directly pressed on top, with 10 days of skin contact. Dried citrus fruit, somewhat spicy and no harsh tannins, great for dinner. Unfortunately, too few bottles of it!
