The Pinot noir from Chris, from Mont Avril near Givry. Semi carbonic maceration, with little extraction and aged in old wooden barrels. Elegant and beautiful Pinot, with blackberries and blueberries, really cassis, refreshing with a nice long finish and unfortunately made in far too small quantities.
