A softly skin-macerated Pinot Gris, so not a white wine, not orange, and actually almost no longer to be called rosé, this is light red in color. But officially, you can't call it that, of course. So, dark rosé, strawberries, raspberries. Pinot Gris with skin contact, one of our favorite styles. And only 9.5% alcohol!
