A new project by Pauline Lair 1006 wines, À Quatre Mains. For this, she makes wine in collaboration with her winemakers, in their cellars but with her vision. The project focuses on experimenting with blends and new grape varieties. These wines are only conceived at the last moment, during the harvest. As a result, each blend is adjusted to that year's harvest. Expect pure, easy for everyone, white wine made with minimal intervention but so precise that everyone can enjoy it. Great for aperitivo or simply as a house wine, because the price is excellent!
