Garnatxa, Garrut, Queixal de Llop, Samso, Sumoll Tinto, Trepat, Ull de Perdiu. All seven grape varieties are harvested and fermented separately. Short maceration for the Garrut, longer for the Trepat. Then they mix everything together. Originating from calcareous clay soil. Light fresh and juicy red wine. Red fruit, bright acidity and minerality. The new year is very young and still has some reduction in the nose, but the taste, strawberries!, is certainly already there.
Partida Creus. Natural wines from Penedes, Spain. Unfiltered, unfined and no sulfur is used throughout the winemaking process. Fermented with the grape's indigenous yeasts. Bottled by hand.
