The Brutal from Partida Creus. Always a great surprise. A blend of Vinyater, Vinyater, Subirat Parent, Xarello, Cartoixa vermell, and Sumoll, resulting in a wonderful rosé color. All grapes are vinified separately and then blended together to mature for about 7 more months. A super fruity, spicy light rosé, slightly volatile on the nose but truly fresh and refreshing, perfect for summer.
