Blend of mainly Chardonnay and a little Kerner and Riesling by Aci Urbajs, Organic Anarchy from Styria, Slovenia. Deep wine, with high acidity and freshness. Cult wine, small producer, very rare. Biodynamic grapes and with only a little help from his family, he makes these deep natural wines, without the addition of sulfur or other chemicals in the vineyard or wine. Very special.
