Waldo is an orange wine made from various local grape varieties, from different vineyards. Among others, Tocai Friulano, Malvasia Istriana and Ribolla Gialla. About 7 days of maceration on the skins in concrete and then aged in oak barrels. A typical Collio blend, ripe fruit, citrus, rich and a spicy and salty finish. Delicious.
