Verjan, a beautiful orange wine but made from Chardonnay, Malvasia, and Pinot Grigio, from a vineyard in Slovenia on small terraces with fruit trees, owned by family. About a week of skin maceration and then aged in concrete and old oak barrels. A beautiful blend of the 3 grape varieties that creates a round wine, with fruit from the Pinot Grigio and freshness and aroma from the other two. Molto speciale!
