Verjan, a beautiful orange wine made from Chardonnay, Malvasia, and Pinot Grigio, from the vineyard in Slovenia of a family on small terraces with fruit trees. About a week of skin maceration and then aged in concrete and old oak barrels. A beautiful blend of the 3 grape varieties that makes a round wine, with fruit from the Pinot Grigio and freshness and aroma from the other two. Molto speciale!
