Zuma - this cuvée is vinified together with Oscar Mancillas, originally from Mexico. Raphael and Oscar (O&R) collaborated a few years ago to create some very interesting new wines together. Like this blend of Grenache gris, blanc, and Macabeu. Direct pressing for all grapes. Delightful exotic nose but also a floral wine with surprising yeast notes. Very gastronomic wine. Very limited stock.
