Sweet new wine from Raphael and Oscar, O&R. A blend of Carignan, Grenache noir, and Syrah. The Syrah is harvested first and fermented with whole clusters, then the whole clusters of Grenache and Carignan are added for an infusion. Pressed and aged in barrel for about 7 more months.

Full red but with lots of sweet dark fruit, sparkling and cheerful with some spices and violets. Soft body and tannins, truly a gift.
