A cuvee that changes every year, Fille sauvage. Every year we get a great orange wine, of which we only get a few boxes. This year made from 100% Muscat d'Alexandrie, harvested by hand and fermented in barrel with the whole bunches. A mix between almond, orange blossom and apricot, very tasty with cheese!
