Cristal is made from 100% Macabeu, but macerated with the marc of Raphaels Lledoner Pelut (a special red grape variety). The result is a deep pink / light red wine, unfiltered or purified without sulphite. Fresh, mineral, full of energy and blueberries in your glass!
