What a wine! Great blend between local white grape varieties and a little red Sylvaner, 14 days skin contact and matured for 1 year in acacia barrel. Very special. The wine opens enormously in your glass and starts with fresh citrus, which slowly turns into a super soft, round and fine orange wine with peach and flowers.
What a discovery, Naboso! Nadja and Andrej make great wines in Bratislava, Slovakia. After working together in Copenhagen, they left for Andrej's native country to make wine there. Something Andrej has been doing for years but a little under the radar. Until now! All wines are spontaneously fermented, using only neutral oak or acacia barrels and no machines. They work together and everything happens with gravity, to give the least possible stress to the fragile grapes. Very small quantities, how lucky we are that we can enjoy them here!
