Only one drop of this wine, as not much is made. The chance to taste these new young winemakers from the Jura. Maxime Lannay and Isabelle Delahaye make wine together from their own vineyards (only 1.5 hectares near Arbois with Savagnin and Chardonnay). In addition, they have their négociant line, Domaine les Barbatruks, with wine from grapes purchased in Alsace and Ardèche. All super fruity and very cool. And this drop? A wild Jura Chardonnay, creamy and round, mineral and a bit wild.
