Nice fresh white wine, made from a blend of the oldest vines (100 years!) and the youngest vines, both a field blend, a gemischter satz, of the grape varieties planted there. Think of Welschriesling, Neuburger, Grüner Veltliner, etc. A cool wine with citrus fruit, apricots, and beautiful freshness. Not too wild, but not classic either. Perfect for a drink or in the sun.
