This year, the Pinot noir harvest was unfortunately minimal, so Jan had to look for other options to make his Little red riding wolf again. So in 2021, he added Blaufränkisch, not bad in our opinion! One of our favorite grapes. So full of fruit! Medium bodied but super juicy.
