He is back! Il soffione. This beautiful blend of two vintages of Vermentino. A long-aged 2021 combined with the newest year that had about 2 weeks of skin contact. The result? A deep orange wine, but with freshness and elegance and a saltiness that immediately makes you think of the coastline where it comes from, Suvereto Tuscany.
