Light red as we want to see from Jura. Silk blue is a blend of mainly Ploussard, a bit of Trousseau, and a touch of Savagnin. Patrice loves blending and this is a good example of that. No sulfites added and nicely stable. The result is fresh light red, with fresh acidity and red fruit. Summery!
