The only red wine from Gismondi, Crucella is a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Freisa. Made with carbonic maceration and 9 days of skin maceration, then aged for another 8 months, plain in steel. Soft medium full red wine, with nice dark fruit and herbs.
