The first year we got a pet nat from Jean Louis, this time a red one. What a surprise! Soft bubbles, berries, blackberries and citrus and nicely dry. Very nice aperitif!

Jean-Louis Pinto is a micro-negociant from the Limoux area. He makes great wines in a small cellar under his house. Always from organic or biodynamic grapes and without added sulfites. Minimal intervention, so pure juice. Sometimes very funky, sometimes not at all. For lovers of real pure natural wine.
