Finally! After years of contact, they are finally in the Netherlands, the beautiful wines of Emilie Mutombo. Originally from Brussels but living for years in Bonastre, Penedès. She is good friends with Massimo and Antonella from Partida Creus, where she got the chance to make her first wine in 2017. 3 years later she started making more wines from her own vineyards, 2 hectares with 50 to 70-year-old vines, think of Parellada, Sumoll, Xarello, Ull de Llebre, Trepat. These wines are very limited!

OLO is made from Emilie's vineyard with 40-year-old Sumoll vines, a short skin maceration to preserve the light and fruity character of the wine. Aged in steel. No sulfites added. A bit wild, but not too much, just very tasty for the advanced natural wine drinker and for those who know because it is very hard to find online!
