Le blanc du matin is a beautiful Alsace blend of Chasselas, Pinot blanc and Sylvaner. Very nice and refreshing, with citrus fruit and peaches, but not too fresh and not too aromatic. Very nicely balanced and energetic, great for a summer terrace drink!
