Barbibulls is a cheerful pet nat made in the Jura, from grapes from Ardèche (Viognier) and Alsace (Auxerrois). The Viognier had a few days of skin contact and the juice is blended with the Auxerrois during fermentation. Disgorged after 8 months. A delicious, super fruity and aromatic pet nat with a fine bubble!

Barbatruks is the name for the negociant line of Maxime Lannay and Isabelle Delahaye, from Montmalin in the Jura. Besides their own vineyards, only 2 hectares, they buy some grapes from friendly winemakers in Southern France. This way they can produce a few more bottles of, among others, Grenache, Merlot, Viognier, and Auxerrois.
