Description
'La Minée Basse' is a dry Chenin Blanc. The 2020 has rich aromas of ripe fruit, stone fruit and citrus, subtle hints of honey and almond. Full and rich, intense minerality and a refreshing acidity, making it very complex.
The 2021 is recognizably pure, light and refreshing in structure. Citrus fruits, elegant minerality and some herbs. This vintage has 14.5% alc. but so integrated, it can still age for 10 years.
Buy this now and put it away, you'll be happy with it in a few years. But that doesn't mean 2020 is already delicious. It's electrifying!
