Another beautiful Aligoté from Chapuis, slightly lighter and lower in alcohol, perfect aperitif in summer with a nice balance between fruit, minerality, freshness. Nice for when you want something classic but not necessarily rich.

Brothers Chapuis, Romain and Guillaume own a very small winery in the heart of Pommard, Burgundy. After growing up in Aloxe-Corton, Romain was fortunate enough to learn from the famous natural wine producer Pacalet. In 2009 they started their own cave in Pommard. Like many producers these days, they look for good organic grapes and vines from friendly winemakers in the area. They select the vineyards with the greatest care to create the best quality wines. They also own a few hectares of their own vineyards.
