Another lovely Aligoté from Chapuis, a bit lighter and lower in alcohol, perfect as an appetizer in summer with a fine balance between fruit, mineral notes, and freshness. Delightful for when you want something classic but not necessarily rich Burgundy.

The Chapuis brothers, Romain and Guillaume, own a very small winery in the heart of Pommard, Burgundy. After growing up in Aloxe-Corton, Romain was fortunate to learn from the famous natural wine maker Pacalet. In 2009, they started their own cellar in Pommard. Like many producers nowadays, they seek good organic grapes and vines from friendly wine growers in the area. They carefully select the vineyards to create the best quality wines. They also own a few hectares of their own vineyards.
