Oehlala this is exciting and new! Caroline Gimenez has released her first vintage and we have it in stock! She makes her wines in Anjou, together with her friend Jerome Saurigny in the shared wine cellar. The style? Think Saurigny but fresher, younger, and lighter. Super energetic and mega delicious for summer days. Very scarce!

Assata is a blend of Cab franc and Chenin and some hybrid grape varieties. Nice white and red mixed together, giving a beautiful color and lots of fruit and fresh acidity. Best served chilled!
