Garnatxa, Garrut, Queixal de Llop, Samsó, Sumoll Tinto, Trepat, Ull de Perdiu. All seven grape varieties are harvested and fermented separately. Short maceration for the Garrut, longer for the Trepat. Then they mix everything together. From calcareous clay soil. Slightly fresh and juicy red wine. Red fruits, clear acidity and minerality.
Partida Creus. Natural wines from Penedes, Spain. Unfiltered, unrefined and no sulfur is used in the whole winemaking process. Fermented with the native yeasts of the grape. Bottled manually.
