Farid Yahimi has been working with natural wine for almost 20 years and is co-founder of the Association des Vins Naturels (2005). After years of experimenting with natural fermentation in his garage he started making his own wine in 2017.

Yahimi's wines are a mix of wild and pure wines and he uses grapes from different wine regions. He produces his wines under the name Sons of Wine in an old wine cellar in Beblenheim, Alsace. From here he makes spectacular, authentic wines with grapes from this region, but also from Côtes de Toul in Lorraine where he owns vineyards and the Beaujolais. He also sources some grapes from Languedoc, Loire and Spain (from his friend Ismael Gozalo from Microbio wines). Unique and creative, Yahimi's wines have a large international following and respect from throughout the wine world.
