100% Verdejo from pre-phylloxera vines. It's a mix of the musts in fermentation of all the white wines in the winery. Completed with some fine bubbles to raise the turbidity of the wine. Indigenous yeasts, aged for 3 months on the lees. This wine has a very radical preparation, Ismael is looking for the elasticity of the Verdejo, to know its most extreme part.
