Dry natural Riesling. No added sulfur, spontaneous fermentation on the skins without filtration or pumping. No intervention, pure, rich Riesling. Very unique for this area and only 11% alcohol. Coming from the steepest plots in the area and best grapes are picked. Slate soil.
