Müller Thurgau, only 530 bottles made. Coming from loess and clay soils, half of the grapes are direct pressed, the other half stayed on the skin for 12 days in big old barrels. Unfined and unfiltered, the wine stays for another year in barrel. Light orange due to the skin contact.
Matthias Warnung took over his fathers vineyards in 2010, now working on 10 hectares in the Kamptal area of Austria. All his wines are fermented spontaneously and always with little or no SO2 added.
