Amazing light rosé of Zweigelt by Matthias Warnung. Hand harvested, direct pressed in barrel with the whole bunches. Rests in old barrels for another 2 years. Light, but structured, mineral rosé. 

Matthias Warnung took over his fathers vineyards in 2010, now working on 10 hectares in the Kamptal area of Austria. All his wines are fermented spontaneously and always with little or no SO2 added.
