This pure Catarratto is vinified in chestnut barrels with a long maceration on the skin of 30 days. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Ripening on the lie. Six months in chestnut barrels and six months in 350 liter tons. Smooth yet easy to drink, but very deep orange wine.
