MC is a collaboration between Ochin Clovis and Massimo. Made from 100% Macabeu from a vineyard they discovered with huge, old Macabeu vines. The wine is matured in old barrels and damijohns and has a fuller character than the other wines of Partida. Soft and rich, mineral and less focused on high acids, but elegant and a nice dining wine. Delicious.
