Soft white wine from Muscat de Frontignan, with a week of skin contact. Then matured in old barrels for 12 months. Tropical fruit, spicy, aromatic and nice and low in alcohol. Perfect wine for dinner.
Nuria is well known in the scene, for many years she was the sommelier of Bar Brutal in Barcelona, now she focuses on making her own wines. She is currently allowed to use the cellar of Toni Carbo - La Salada, but soon she will move to her own paradise, with its own vineyards. Watch out, she makes very small quantities so be quick because gone = gone!
